Powerfit produced by Holistica Company in France made from dried Shii- ta- ke mushroom extract which contains no artificial chemicals, preservatives, synthetic colors or flavorings. This mushroom has all 8 essential amino acids which are the block builders of proteins in our body and a number of derivatives such as Hydroxylysine and Hydroxyproline. Shii- ta- ke also has all 8 essential sugars which the body needs them such as Fucose, Xylose, Galactosamine, Glucosamine, Mannose and Sialic acid in the alpha- glucan structure. The main important three beta glucans of this mushroom are Lentinan, KS₂ and AC₂P which in combination with other important nutritional compounds in Shii- ta- ke cause to have very important roles in maintaining health, especially to strengthen the immune system. Beta glucans can enhance phagocytosis ability of macrophages and T4 lymphocyte’s ability to differentiation the foreign cells from insiders. In addition, it is a natural source for Riboflavin, Niacin, Biotin, vitamin D and minerals such as Potassium, Phosphorus, Iron, Selenium, Zinc, Copper, Silisium, Calcium, Magnesium and Sulfur, which along with other nutrients cause to increase physical body strength in consumer. Direction for use

• To adjuvant therapy for HPV: take 2 capsules daily (one before breakfast and one before lunch) for three to six months.

• To improve immune system: take 2 capsules daily (one before breakfast and one before lunch) for at least 1 month at season changes and during the first cold period.   

• To improve physical energy: take 1 to 2 capsules daily before breakfast and/or lunch.

•  Children at the age of 1 to 8: take 1 capsule daily before breakfast.

Precautions  

• Because of its tonic effects don’t take POWERFIT after 4 p.m.
