TRADAMIX® is the first product that exploits the synergy of the active ingredients in three natural substances with an “anti-aging” effect on the tissues of the male urogenital tract (saponins of Tribulus Terrestris; Chitosan Oligosaccharide water-soluble from Biovis; and the phlorotannins from Ecklonia Bicyclis algae). Tradamix® promotes the health of the male urogenital tract and corpus cavernosum tissue.

Mechanism of action

Protodioscine is a steroidal saponin present in high concentrations in Tribulus Terrestris. The protodioscine performs an immediate mimetic androgenic action by binding to androgen receptor sites as well as stimulating natural production of androgens.  In fact, in the first week of intake, most patients (about 65%) who received one tablet of Tradamix® every 24 hours reported feeling an increase in physical energy and less fatigue.

Dieckol, phlorotanin and bieckol are polyphenols present in high concentrations in ecklonia bicyclis algae.  They are soluble in fat up to 40%, which allows them a lasting action of at least 12 hours versus the 30 minutes of common polyphenols.  Studies in the literature suggest they act on mediators of inflammation such as cytokines (lipopolysaccharide, TNF-alpha, IFN-gamma) and have a potent antioxidant effect, disposing of oxygen free radicals. Finally, they seem to have a demonstrated beneficial effect on other tissues such as lungs, bones and joints.

Biovis, the polymer of Chitosan Oligosaccharide water-soluble is shown to be a potent inducer of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) both on the NANC cells (non-adrenergic non-cholinergic) and on endothelial cells of the nervous system, with the consequent significant increase of NO. The release of NO is demonstrated to re-equilibrate the functioning of the smooth muscles of the erectile tissue of the penis.
